Shipping & Return Information
 
Shipping:
  • Standard shipping within the continental United States will be a flat rate of $6.
  • We do offer free shipping for orders that are over $75 within the continental United States.
  • We ship UPS.
  • Standard shipping orders placed before 2PM CST M-F will usually take 2-3 business days to be processed and packaged before they are shipped out of our warehouse. Regular business hours consist of Monday-Friday 10:30AM-6PM CST. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, please take that into consideration when selecting your shipping method!
  • We typically get all orders out within a 24-48 hour window, and try our hardest to do so, however, sometimes we do get behind!

 

Iconic Boutique is NOT responsible for the following:

  1. Delays with UPS
  2. Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. UPS will be responsible once we ship the package
  3. Once the package is marked delivered by UPS you will need to contact UPS directly to obtain any information. Once the package has left our facility we are no longer held responsible.
  • If reached UPS directly with no answers or solution, you may reach Iconic Boutique.
  • We are NOT responsible if your package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 1-2 business days to process the order and we cannot be held liable for UPS guarantees. We will not cover or refund any additional shipping charges from UPS if failed to meet their guarantee shipping times.

 

    Returns:

  • Customers may exchange an item or receive store credit if the item is return within 14 business days after the item is delivered.
  • The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • If item is not exchanged the refund amount will go onto store credit which can be used at any future orders.(In store or online)
